The Auckland Project
Project:
Print and digital advertising
Overview:
The Auckland Project is a regeneration charity working to establish Bishop Auckland as a must-visit cultural destination. There multiple attractions bring the rich and surprising story of Bishop Auckland to life for visitors and the local community through the arts, culture and heritage.

To increase awareness of The Auckland Project and all they have to offer they purchased adverts within The Blueprint Guide to Group Travel and NARC. magazine to promote everything the site has to offer. At the time of producing these adverts they had one main brand, The Auckland Project, and seven subbrands, each brand identified by a different colour palette. The NARC. magazine advert focused on the art offering, whereas The Blueprint Guide to Group Travel was a more generic message, both catering to the target audience of these publications. Alongside these printed adverts I also created a short video which was published as a social media ad, again with the aim to increase brand awareness.

As well as publication advertising I was also tasked with creating A boards to the three attractions where they were aiming to get more footfall. These A boards were created working to each subbrands specific guidelines and were erected outside that attraction.

I cannot recommend Karenza highly enough! She has an amazing ability to interpret a brief and bring the ideas I had in my mind to life better than I could have imagined. Karenza is one of the most talented designers I have worked with. She is always my first port of call for creative assets.
